Zombie Pumpkin Blondies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- green icing

- 8-inch square pan
- Mixing bowl
- Spatula
Step-by-Step Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175°C and line the pan.

Whisk the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla.

Fold in the flour and baking powder.

Stir in pumpkin puree and the white chocolate chips.
