Cauldron Raspberry Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- green candy melts
Equipment
- 8-inch square pan
- Saucepan
- Spatula
Step-by-Step Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175°C and line the pan.

Melt the butter and stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Fold in flour, cocoa and salt.

Swirl in raspberry jam.

Bake for 26 to 28 minutes and cool in the pan.

Cut into squares.
