Cauldron Lemon Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- green candy melts

Step-by-Step Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a muffin tin.

Whisk the flour, sugar and baking powder.

Mix the milk, oil and egg and combine with the dry ingredients.

Fold in lemon zest.
