Black Cat Mushroom Stuffed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sauteed mushrooms
- black sesame seeds

Step-by-Step Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the potatoes for 55 minutes.

Halve and scoop out the centers, leaving a shell.

Mash the centers with sour cream, butter and half the cheddar.

Mix in sauteed mushrooms.

Refill the shells, top with cheddar and bake for 10 minutes.
