Black Cat Mocha Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
- black icing
Equipment
- 8-inch square pan
- Electric mixer
- Mixing bowl
Step-by-Step Instructions

Preheat the oven to 165°C.

Press the crumbs and butter into the pan and bake for 8 minutes.

Beat the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Mix in instant espresso powder.

Pour over the crust and bake for 25 minutes.

Chill for 4 hours.
