Black Cat Apple Truffles
Ingredients
- 8 oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup diced apple
- black icing
Equipment
- Saucepan
- Mixing bowl
- Baking sheet
Step-by-Step Instructions

Heat the cream until steaming.

Pour over chopped chocolate with the butter and stir until smooth.

Stir in diced apple.
